I lead Stanford’s Future of Work for Women Initiative with the Hoover Institution, a cross-sector program that turns evidence into partnerships to accelerate workforce entry and firm productivity. Our long-run goal is to move tens of millions into paid work and the digital economy by 2040.
For my work, I have been fortunate to have received several honors, including Top 33 She Shapes AI Award, Forbes 30 under 30 Asia, Asia 21 Young Leader, Knight Hennessy Scholar at Stanford, Hindustan Times City 30 under 30, Queen Young Leader award, Glamor College Woman of the Year, and named to top 50 under 50 most powerful women by India Today. I hold a BS from Duke and a PhD and MBA from Stanford as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar.
